Dae is a multi-degree holding instrumentalist, earning their Associate's in Fine Arts from Mott Community College, as well as a Bachelors in Music Performance from the University of Michigan - Flint. Renée graduated from Michigan State University in 2024 with her bachelor’s in psychology and is starting her second and final year of her master’s at Oakland University. She was a member of the MSU campus band and currently performs in the Genesee Wind Symphony. Though she has been playing trombone for 12 years, her first and forever love is the theatre. She can often be found belting showtunes in her car, overexplaining the plot of some obscure German musical, or yapping for hours on why Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 should have won more than two Tony awards.
Rachel is a proud alumni of Powers Catholic High School, having graduated in 2018. She then continued her education, graduating from Western Michigan University in 2023, where she marched Trombone with the Bronco Marching Band. She now teaches Freshman English at Powers Catholic. Outside of instrumental music, Rachel sings in the Carolyn Mawby Chorale, and serves as the Assistant Theatre Director for her students.
